Children up to 3 years stay for free, without the right to a bed, i.e., sharing a bed with parents, with the option of purchasing meals at the reception. If meals are not purchased, an operational fee of 150 CZK per day applies.

At the Wellness Resort Energetic****, you’ll feel perfectly pampered

The hotel staff is always willing to make your stay at the Wellness Resort Energetic as pleasant as possible. We believe that our service offering will satisfy even the most demanding customers.

Reception staff are available to you 24 hours a day.

Hotel services:

  • Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
  • Check-out: by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee – depending on availability on the day. Contact the hotel reception via email: recepce@hotel-energetic.cz, or phone: +420 571 667 600.
  • Early check-in is charged 200 CZK/hour. (for each started hour before 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival).
  • Late check-out is charged 100 CZK/hour. (for each started hour after 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure).
  • The possibility of free LAN internet connection in the rooms.
  • WiFi connection is available in conference areas.
  • Additional sales at the reception (sweets, drinks, toiletries).
  • Gift vouchers for your loved ones or business partners.
  • Possibility of payment within the FKSP framework.
  • We provide free luggage and valuables storage.

I had booked this stay for my friends. They arrived yesterday and were absolutely thrilled. Utter satisfaction. My friend, who is quite the homebody, stated that in such luxury and among such lovely people, she could easily manage another week without any issues. I think that is a tremendous compliment.
